Well I finally have my new camera! A Kodak Z650, 6.1 MP, 10x Optical Zoom. Now all I need to do is to work out how to use all the fancy features.

So I decided to try out my new camera on a x-stitch project, that I am ashamed to say has been on it's frame for over two years. It is one of three I am doing for my bedroom wall, the other two are finished (will photograph later).
I've been doing a little bit here and there, but never quite getting back into the swing, but that has all changed. As with most of my x-stitch projects, they are of animals or birds, and 9 times out of 10 are a "Ross Original"by Graeme Ross. Once I have the eye or eyes stitched, I just have to finish them. Can't stand them looking at me half finished.

Update photos next Friday
